Dématérialisation et valorisation des matériaux de terrain des ethnologues : l'archiviste face aux questions éthiques
Résumé
The collect of anthropological archives began, on a large scale, at the end of the 20th century. That is why the question of the promotion of these archives arose at the same time as the development of the Internet and web projects. Although the sharing of scientific information and the availability of archives could appear as a valuated project for researchers from the Northern countries as well as for people from the South countries where the field materials has been collected, it could damage the reputation of both the archives producer and the descendants of observed people. Each project needs to be studied case by case, in the respect of the ethical principles. The archivist has to work with researchers still connected with the countries and the projects has to be developed in collaboration with local researchers and with involved.
