An Expression Quantitative Trait Locus of Fc Gamma Receptor Genes is Associated with Anti-Malarial IgG Responses and Infection Levels in Burkinabe Families Running Title: Association of rs1771575 with Malaria

Résumé

This study identifies the non-coding variant rs1771575 in the FCGR gene cluster as a key marker for IgG levels and malaria infection in children. It highlights the role of regulatory and coding variants in shaping immune responses to Plasmodium falciparum.
