Alternative Concepts and Methodologies of Geographic Information’s Control

Abstract

This article examine in what the geographic information constitutes an important tool to manage and control. Geographic information is a significant object of control, manipulation, alienation, and all as much a vector of democracy, adjustment, planning for economic and social developments. The absence of adequate or reliable information remains the main problem met by administrations, companies or defence. All costly bit methods can be installed from independent and abundantly available sources: The satellite images.
