Tunable electrical properties of self-organized zirconia nanotubes

Abstract

Structural and electrical properties of self-organized zirconia nanotube layers can be tuned by a simple thermal treatment. The effect of F on the electrical conductivity of the MO x nanotubes grown by anodization in fluoride-containing electrolytes is demonstrated.
