An "On the road" communication in Ghana

Résumé

Based on the actants (Latour) concept as well as the situated action (Suchman), the sociology of translation (Latour) and the anthropology of communication (Hymes) compared to the recommended sharing values of international project management, the implementation and the sustainability of a programme dedicated to socially or geographically isolated populations are requiring specific methods and conditions for reaching informational and cultural accessibility. Combining permanent intention, action and retroaction for moving human mind boundaries through ICTs induce a complex communicational process based on the need of partners, facilitators, locally-recognised leaders or respected individuals as well of the use of updated high technology as the 5th screen which gathers the technical advantages of the four previous screens and the people around an event where every one is acting.
